Requesting an appointment
Write to me in a few lines. I will come back to you as soon as I can, usually within the week to arrange a slot, or to point you elsewhere if what I offer does not match what you are looking for.
Sending your request
The request form is currently published in French only. It asks for your first name and surname, your e-mail address, your telephone number, your address, what you are looking for (assessment, psychotherapy, cognitive remediation, group programme, support as a relative), who the request is for, your rough availability and a short free-text note.
You are welcome to fill it in and to write your message in English. I will reply in the language you use.

Why in writing rather than by phone?
During an assessment or a therapy session I cannot pick up the phone: the person I am seeing is entitled to my full attention, without interruption. Replying in writing also lets me prepare our first conversation, instead of asking you to repeat everything.
If you have heard nothing after a week, it is not an oversight: the practice is closed for leave, or I am in training. I will get back to you as soon as I return.
Practical information
Where I work
Neuropsychological assessments take place at your home, in Sainte-Marie-aux-Chênes and the surrounding area. Psychotherapy is by video consultation, with no travel constraint.
The practice
The Sainte-Marie-aux-Chênes practice will open shortly. The exact address, wheelchair access and parking will be published here as soon as it opens. In the meantime, two formats are offered: video consultation for therapy, home visits for assessments.
Cancellation and rescheduling
A booked slot is reserved for you alone. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice (24 hours being the absolute minimum), and 72 hours for an assessment. These rules do not apply in the event of a medical emergency or other unavoidable circumstances.
Payment
Cash, cheque or bank transfer. The practice has no card terminal. For video consultations, payment is made by transfer before the session. Instalments can be arranged on request.
Living outside France?
The practice is established in France, in the Moselle department, less than an hour from the Luxembourg, Belgian and German borders. Psychotherapy is delivered by video consultation; neuropsychological assessments require a home visit, and cognitive remediation will be held at the practice.
